All cake serving estimates are based on industry standard slice sizes (1” x 2”).
Fueled by Flour is not responsible for shortages due to over-serving, incorrect cutting, or unplanned guest counts.
A cutting guide will be provided .

We are not a dairy-free, nut-free, or gluten-free kitchen.

Although we have processes in place to minimize any cross contamination, we cannot ensure it will never occur.

All recipes are prepared, baked, stored, and decorated on shared equipment.

(All major allergens such as: milk, eggs, fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans have been present in our kitchen)

We do not copy exact designs. Inspiration photos serve as reference only.
You grant Fueled by Flour creative license to interpret the vibe and theme through our own artistic lens.
Final designs may vary slightly due to artistic discretion, material availability, or cake structure. 

Fueled by Flour reserves the right to substitute ingredients, florals, decorative elements, or colors due to seasonal or supplier availability.
By submitting inspiration photos, you acknowledge that some variations will occur and are not grounds for refund.

All substitutions will maintain the integrity, theme, and overall design of your order.

To ensure cake quality:

1. Lift cake box from the bottom.
2. Keep cake level during transport and refrigeration.
3. Transport in air-conditioned vehicle, away from loose objects.
4. Store cake in box in fridge.
5. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
6. Remove from fridge 10-30 minutes before serving; serve at room temperature.
7. Store leftover cake in airtight container. Lasts 3-5 days in fridge, 2 months in freezer.

All dessert sales are final. Contact us within 24 hours for any issues, and we'll provide partial store credit for a full refund return the entire order; no cash refunds will be issued.

Pickup dates and times are final once selected and cannot be changed.
Orders will not be available earlier or later than the scheduled 15 minute time window.
Fueled by Flour reserves the right to charge a late fee if you arrive later than your 15 minute pick up window.
Orders will not be held overnight unless previously arranged in writing.
If you fail to pick up your order on the scheduled date and time, it will be forfeited with no refund or credit issued.
Please inspect your order upon pickup. If you have concerns, notify us immediately.
