Return & Exchange Policy:

• Returns:
  We gladly accept returns for shimmer tumblers as long as the straw remains unopened. Returns are not accepted if the straw has been used or unsealed. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tumbler to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition.
• Exchanges:
  If your tumbler arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days. We’ll be happy to exchange it for a new one. Make sure to include a photo of the damage or defect when you email us.
• Refunds:
  Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged tumblers. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
• Lost or Stolen Packages:
  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.

Tumbler Care - After each use, empty and wash your tumbler with a soft sponge, dish rag, or small brush and mild dish soap. Avoid using bleach or chlorine, as these can damage the sealing parts. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish. Do not leave in freezing conditions or hot vehicles for extended periods.

Avoid Scrubbing: Avoid harsh scrubbing or abrasive cleaning tools to keep your sticker looking fresh.

UV Protection: The sticker is UV-protected, but for maximum longevity, avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
