All dessert sales are final. Contact us within 24 hours for any issues, and we'll provide partial store credit for a full refund return the entire order; no cash refunds will be issued.

To ensure cake quality:
- Lift cake box from the bottom.
- Keep cake level during transport and refrigeration.
- Transport in air-conditioned vehicle, away from loose objects.
- Store cake in box in fridge.
- Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.
- Remove from fridge 10-30 minutes before serving; serve at room temperature.
- Store leftover cake in airtight container. Lasts 3-5 days in fridge, 2 months in freezer.
