How do I make a custom order?
Click the "Order" tab in our main menu and scroll below the banner and youll find our order form. Be sure to double check all the info is correct before sending it in.
How much time in advance do I have to order?
We encourage placing your order at least 7 days in advance for quantities of 2 dozen or less. For larger orders, we highly encourage placing your order 2 weeks ahead to ensure your order can be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations to be made up to 7 days before the designated pickup date.
Can I make changes to my custom order?
You have the flexibility to make customizations until the 7th day before pick up. Please note that an extra fee may be applied for any modifications.
Can I change my pick up time/date?
We do not accept changes in pick-up times or dates, so be sure that the date and time work for you because we will only have your order ready at your set date and time. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which you will likely be charged a late fee, so please be on time.
What is your refund policy?
We offer cash refunds only for complete orders returned. For partial returns, we provide store credit. For an in-depth return policy please click the link in our footer "return policy"
What if I don't like what I purchased?
Here at Fueled by Flour, we take pride in everything we put out, but know beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you are unhappy with what you purchased, we offer cash refunds only for complete orders returned. For partial returns, we provide store credit.
I forgot to pick up my cake order yesterday! Can I still pick it up today?
At Fueled by Flour, we do our best by sending out reminders the day before and the day of pick-up, but in case this unfortunate event does happen. We do not hold cakes, and if you forget to pick up your treats, we will not refund or remake your cake.
Is Fueled by Flour offered on food delivery services?
Currently, we are not listed on popular food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Can I purchase a single serving of a dessert?
We specialize in crafting bespoke (made to order) cakes and cupcakes available by the half dozen. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate orders for single servings of any dessert.

What types of cake do you sell?
We've got all sorts of tasty treats in our product selection, like buttercream layer cakes, cupcakes and cakesicles (cake pops shaped like popsicles)
Do you do tiered cakes?
Currently, we do not offer tiered cakes (A full-size cake stacked on top of another full-size cake). We only provide layered cakes ( a sheet of cake with a filling on top of another). Our layered cakes come in three layers.
How many do your cakes feed?
4in round cake: 3-8 servings
6in round cake: 6-14 servings
8in round cake: 10-24 servings
What makes your cake unique?
our cakes are made with love and a whole lot of creativity. Each cake is a work of art, meticulously crafted to bring joy and happiness to your special occasions. Did I mention theyre all baked from scratch, so you get that "just like grandma made it." taste.
Am I limited to the cake designs on your website?
No, we encourage you to let your sweet tooth lead the way and dream up the most magical cake you desire. Alternatively, you can also send include some inspirational pictures with your order form submission.
Please note that we respect our fellow caker's creativity and we do not copy designs exactly as they are. We will use them only as inspiration to create a unique and customized cake for you.

At this time we do not offer allergen sensitive/ friendly desserts...YET 😉
is your facility nut-free ?
We operate as a cottage food business and deal with all major allergens in our kitchen. Although we take measures to prevent cross-contamination, we use shared equipment for baking, and cannot guarantee that a particular item is entirely free of allergens. If you have any concerns regarding your sensitivity, please refer to our ingredient list for clarity.
We greatly encourage anyone with a serious or lethal allergy refrain from ordering due to the risk.
What is the shelf life of cake?
We highly recommend indulging in your dessert as soon as possible to enjoy its freshness to the fullest. However, don't worry if you can't finish it all in one sitting! Our cakes can last up to 3-5 days in the fridge if stored in an air-tight container, and up to two months in the freezer. Don't forget to check out our cake care guide for some helpful tips on how to take care of your sweet treat.
Can you match my colors?
At Fueled by Flour, we always do our best to match your color choices as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind that some colors, like intense reds, vibrant blues, and violet tones, might not come out as an exact match due to the natural base colors of the cake, frosting, and other decorating ingredients. But don't worry, we'll still make sure your cake looks amazing and tastes delicious!
Do you do fondant cakes?
We do not offer cakes covered or decorated in Fondant.
